SOLD ...NO NAVEL...blue eyes ...NUDE

Both of these girls are SO pretty and im hoping i wont regret selling them both !
this girl has beautiful blue eyes and the heavier eyebrow style, her hair is different from my other no navels, its thinner and silkier much more like an english doll, its also got lots of factory curl remaining , she can stand and hold a pose nicely ......she will go to her new home nude ...

SOLD...NO NAVEL....brown eyes ......NUDE

This girl had been wearing a hat for years so i needed to flatten her fringe down but i was suprised to see how choppy it is, i dont think its been cut as i think someone would have snipped it straight across, so maybe she left the factory like this ?, she has 3 empty hair plugs on her right temple,, her hair is very thick and she has the paler eyestyle, she can hold a pose well and has had her arms restrung in the english way, she has a very slight rub to the end of her nose ....she will go to her new home nude ....

VERSATILE BLOGGER FROM SHARON

The rules of this award are: choose 15 bloggers to pass this award on to, and tell the award giving blogger 7 things about yourself.
I don't have anyone to pass it on to and im not really sure I have 7 interesting things to say about myself !!

1.....I only started to sew for sasha to show my mum I could do it as she did laugh out loud at the idea when I told her my plan, id always collected vintage fabrics and she just remembered me trying to make myself clothes as a teenager, always without a pattern and always ending in disaster, so I was happy to prove her wrong !

2.....when I was little (younger than 10) all I wanted was to have pierced ears but I was never allowed, I was quite an inventive child so would spend hours in the garage fashioning earings out of wire that I would prise out of cables, no one was fooled by these hoop earrings that I used to dig in my ears and try to convince people they were pierced...so I decided if they looked like studs people would believe they were pierced, so I carefully made plastic looking backs from the rubber cable , added wire for a post and then glued this to the back of my ear, then for the front and I needed jewels, my mum had a Perspex jewellery box next to her bed full of my great grandmas jewellery, this was just what I needed, I carefully went about removing the precious stones out of all of the rings, to then glue to the front of my ears ....I was over the moon as my friends mum believed I now had pierced ears (she probably didn't believe it for a minute )....so I used to glue different stones on every day....now I have inherited all the stoneless rings ....

3....I got my love of all things vintage from when I was really small, the thrill of queing up at 2pm on a Saturday waiting for the doors of the jumble sale to open, I loved it, never knowing what I may find, when I got to about 13 my friends refused to hang round with me due to my clothes....im not sure "vintage" existed in the early 80s ,they were just "granny" clothes as far as my friends were concerned....

4.....ive never seen the film grease....when it came out I wanted to see it SO much but mum deemed it rubbish, I looked at the posters and got clothes from the jumble so I could look like they did on the poster, the girls played it everyday in the playground, I had to play the part of frenchie ? which I must have done quite well as no one ever knew that I had actually never seen it and still haven't !...

5.....im not sure I was a very pleasant teenager and if someone told me to do something I wouldn't do it, around "0" level time at school when I was 15 /16 my art teacher got me a scholarship to go to art college, usually you had to be 17/18 with A  levels , this was the opportunity of a lifetime BUT being the know it all teenager that I was, turned it down , instead going on to train as a childrens nanny .....that's a huge regret in my life ...

6.....when I was 23 I met the most gorgeous blonde surfer lad from NZ , we worked together and when the manager found out we were together promptly sacked him, he left for Germany and a week later I had a postcard telling me where I should meet him in Germany to go grape picking, off I went thinking id be away for a couple of weeks, we stayed away for 9 months, living in a tiny tent that I think was designed for children to camp in the garden in,...it was the most amazing time, picking grapes and hitch hiking across Germany, then to Austria, Italy, all through Greece, Cyprus and lastly Israel where I worked picking flowers which was the worst job of my life ...

7....my favourite song of all time is sister sledge, "thinking of you"....considering my usual taste in music I shouldn't in theory like it at all but it reminds me of the best years of my life, 1984 and 1988 , it makes me both happy and sad and I love it !

hope ive not bored you all to tears as I couldn't think of anything too exciting to write xxxx
