  1. They are really good Sarah, They are softer and much nicer than the very first try.
I think you should leave them as they are perfect and if you touch them again you may go backwards.
    Excellent Job Mrs W :)xx

  5. I meant to write yesterday, when you were saying about one eye being easier to do than the other, when it comes to BJDs, a lot of people say that it's easier to do one eyebrown for example, and then when doing the other, turn the doll upside down and do it from that angle. I tried it but I now prefer to do both eyebrows with the dolls head facing me.....but if painting eyes, I wonder if it'd be easier turning the head up the other way for the second, less easy, eye?

PS But please don't touch these again, they are just PERFECT!!!!

    1. ive tried the upside down thing but doing an eyebrow when its upside down, i kind of naturally draw a mouth shape like on a smiley face , so it didnt work for me ....i dont think ill be touching these again, i think hes happy now ! :) xxxx

  8. Oh, he's gorgeous! This Gregor-holic is green with envy at your skill but truely happy that he didn't have the all too frequent gender change. Boys are wonderful too and this one is perfect. Congratulations!

    2. I've got several similar dolls - bought by my friend on Sasha-dash trips to junk and charity shops all over Britain, many years before they became collectors items.
Ellie kept them to do up in retirement but didn't make it that far and I inherited all two dozen. They are taking a while and a lot of thought to deal with....
....but, oddly, I still keep seeing another doll whom I feel needs me to buy him/him......Seeking help on the NHS for this sashaholism, but no cure has yet been found.....
